Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you and badbears regarding the processing of personal data through the ListSense application.
AI and Machine Learning
ListSense uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide intelligent list suggestions:
- •Your list data is used to train our AI models to provide personalized suggestions
- •We implement privacy-preserving techniques to minimize the use of personal information
- •We utilize third-party AI services to power our intelligent suggestions feature
